1Acceptance of Terms & Player Eligibility

By accessing, registering on or using SA777 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to every interaction you have with SA777 — browsing the platform without an account, registering, depositing, placing bets, playing casino or poker games, participating in promotions and withdrawing winnings.

1.1 Age Requirement

1.3 Personal Responsibility

You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another person, that you are using your own funds for all deposits and that you are engaging with SA777 for personal entertainment purposes only. Creating an SA777 account on behalf of a third party, including a family member, is not permitted under these terms.

2Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one SA777 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same payment method — is a breach of these terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds held within them.

2.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your SA777 account. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid date of birth and accurate address information. SA777 will use this information to verify your identity and process financial transactions. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

2.2 KYC Verification

SA777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identification documents — such as a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or B-Form — before withdrawing funds or in response to a specific account review. SA777 may request KYC documents at any time and reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SA777 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. SA777 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. 3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

SA777 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit on SA777 is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though certain payment methods may impose their own per-transaction limits.

3.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited to your SA777 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. IBFT transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. SA777 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests on SA777 to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within an average of five minutes. IBFT and card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. SA777 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals of larger amounts. The minimum withdrawal amount on SA777 is Rs 500.

3.3 Payment Method Consistency

SA777 operates a policy requiring that withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement. If your original deposit method cannot receive funds, SA777 support will assist in identifying an appropriate alternative after verifying your identity.

3.4 Currency

SA777 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. All account balances, bet stakes, winnings and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. SA777 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Any attempt to deposit using a foreign-currency account may result in the transaction being declined.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

SA777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and other promotional offers to new and existing players. All SA777 bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page. These terms take precedence over the general provisions in this section where they are more specific.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Most SA777 bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be bet through before the bonus converts to real money that can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games and minimum odds are stated on each SA777 promotion page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these requirements before accepting any bonus.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

SA777 welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household and per payment method applies. Existing players may not create a new SA777 account to claim the welcome bonus again. SA777 reserves the right to decline bonus eligibility to any account at its discretion without a requirement to state a reason.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

SA777 monitors all bonus claims for abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets with bonus funds to minimise risk while completing wagering, coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements, and depositing and withdrawing without genuine playing intent. SA777 may void bonuses and cancel associated winnings where abuse is identified, and may permanently close the accounts involved.

5Betting Rules — Sports & Esports

SA777 accepts bets on cricket, football, esports and other sports listed in the active betting lobby. All bets on SA777 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, competition and market type. Where a conflict exists between market-specific rules and these general terms, the market-specific rules prevail.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet on SA777 is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation notification and the bet appears in your My Bets history. SA777 reserves the right to decline any bet request at its discretion, including in cases where the system detects unusual betting patterns or where odds have been published in error. Bets accepted in error at significantly incorrect odds may be voided by SA777 at its discretion.

5.2 Cricket Betting Rules

For T20 and ODI cricket matches on SA777, a result is official once the minimum number of required overs has been bowled and a result is determined. Matches abandoned before the minimum over threshold is reached are voided and stakes returned, unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result has been officially declared by the match officials. Test match bets are settled on the official result including draw. Session betting markets void if the relevant session is not completed. 5.3 Football Betting Rules

Football bets on SA777 are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular time plus referee-added injury time. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in standard match result bets unless specifically stated in the market description. If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes have been played, SA777 may void bets on that fixture. 5.4 Live Betting

Live in-play bets on SA777 are accepted at the prices displayed at the time of bet confirmation. SA777 may suspend live markets at any time during a match — during wickets, goals, VAR reviews, injuries or other significant match events. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be declined or processed at updated odds once the market reopens. SA777 is not responsible for delays in bet acceptance caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.

6Casino & Poker Rules

SA777's casino and poker products are governed by these general Terms and Conditions in addition to the specific rules published within each game. SA777 casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness. Poker hand outcomes follow standard international rules for each variant.

6.1 Game Malfunction

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during an SA777 casino game or poker hand, the affected round may be voided and bets returned at SA777's discretion. SA777 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's internet disconnection or device failure during gameplay. Poker disconnection rules are published in the SA777 poker lobby.

6.2 Collusion in Poker

Collusion between two or more SA777 poker players — including sharing hand information during active play, acting cooperatively to benefit one player's result, or using external communication to coordinate decisions — is strictly prohibited. SA777 uses automated systems and manual review to detect collusion. Accounts found to have colluded will be permanently closed and any winnings from affected sessions will be voided.

All SA777 casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, video slots and poker — use independently certified random number generators. The RNG is tested by a third-party laboratory and produces genuinely random outcomes on every spin, hand or deal. 7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SA777. A breach of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one SA777 account per person.

8Account Suspension, Closure & Fund Forfeiture

SA777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, if SA777 has reason to believe that any provision of these Terms and Conditions has been breached, that fraudulent or illegal activity is occurring, or that the player's continued access poses a risk to the platform or other players.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your SA777 account at any time by contacting SA777 support at support@sa777.click. Before closing, you should withdraw any remaining balance. SA777 will process your account closure request within 48 hours. Note that accounts closed while a self-exclusion is active cannot be reopened during the exclusion period regardless of the stated reason for reopening.

8.2 Fund Forfeiture

SA777 may forfeit the balance held in an account that is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions. This includes balances accumulated through bonus abuse, fraudulent deposits, underage gambling or any other prohibited activity. SA777 will not forfeit funds from accounts closed at the player's own request for non-violation reasons, provided KYC verification has been completed.

9Responsible Gaming

SA777 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity and these tools are accessible directly from your SA777 account settings without any requirement to contact support.

9.1 Self-Regulation Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your SA777 account. Changes to lower your limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit take 24 hours to activate.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of SA777.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from SA777 for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Your account is inaccessible during a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from SA777 for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration. SA777 will close all active bets at current market prices and process a withdrawal of any positive balance.

10Privacy & Data Protection

11Intellectual Property

12Limitation of Liability

SA777's total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform — including in respect of any losses from betting or casino games — is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30-day period. SA777 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SA777 is licensed. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of SA777 that cannot be resolved informally through SA777's support and complaints process will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of SA777's licensing jurisdiction.
